Privacy Policy

Your information, handled with care.

This policy explains what information Revolutionary Spaces Inc. collects through this website and how it is used when you contact us or submit an inquiry.

Last updated October 15, 2026

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to provide through our forms or communications. This may include your name, email address, phone number, location, contact preference, property or project details, investment interests, and any additional information you include in your inquiry.

Our website may also collect limited technical and usage information, such as browser, device, page-view, and referral information, through website hosting, security, Google Analytics, and Meta measurement tools.

How we use information

We use your information to review and respond to your request, assess a property or opportunity, provide requested follow-up, maintain business records, operate and improve the website, measure advertising results, protect against misuse, and meet legal obligations.

We may use an automated assistant to help review submitted information, identify missing or conflicting details, prepare property-specific follow-up questions, and route your request to Nneka for review. The assistant does not make or negotiate property offers.

Contact by phone, text, or email

When you select the consent checkbox on a form, you authorize Revolutionary Spaces Inc. to contact you about that inquiry by the methods stated on the form. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw consent at any time by telling us, replying STOP to a text message, or emailing us. We will not send unrelated commercial electronic messages without the consent required by applicable law.

When information is shared

We do not sell or rent your contact information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, deliver email, manage inquiries, secure our systems, or measure website and advertising activity. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction where permitted by law.

Analytics, cookies, and advertising measurement

Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar technologies to help us understand website visits and whether an advertisement led to a completed request. These services may receive device, browser, page, referral, and event information. You can manage cookies through your browser settings and use the privacy controls offered by Google and Meta.

For optional Meta measurement on seller forms, you can choose the separate advertising measurement checkbox. When selected, the Meta Pixel may be loaded and we may send a saved inquiry event and a later owner-confirmed qualification event through Meta’s Conversions API. Matching information can include SHA-256 hashed email and phone number, Meta browser / click identifiers, browser user agent and the offer-request page URL. Hashing does not make this information anonymous to Meta. We do not include property descriptions, photos, mortgage balances, offer amounts, assignment fees or internal notes in these events. Declining this optional choice does not prevent your property request.

You can withdraw future measurement consent by contacting us. We will stop future sharing for your record and handle any applicable deletion request. Information already received by Meta is also subject to Meta’s data practices and privacy controls.

Retention and safeguards

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, for legitimate business records, or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and access

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain. Some requests may require identity verification.
